We teach students entry level skills to get started with a career in Facilities Maintenance and Building Engineer.
We provide focused, non-regulated continuing education and skill-building workshops tailored for commercial building maintenance and systems operations. Founded on real-world field expertise, our mission is simple: bridge the gap between practical mechanical knowledge and successful career execution.
Our programs are structured as standalone professional development modules. Whether you are entering the trade or upgrading your technical toolkit, our workshops deliver direct, practical insights without fluff.
Beyond system operations, we are dedicated to total workforce readiness. We partner with participants to sharpen professional resumes, navigate regional hiring portals, and position themselves effectively for active employment opportunities across the DMV (DC/MD/VA) area and the greater region.
Stationery Engineer
Specifically trained to run and maintain large boiler plants, chillers, and power generation systems.
Facilities Maintenance
Entry level position focuses heavily on the maintenance and the mechanical repairs of a building.
Building Engineer
Responsible for the overall mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems of a property.

Welcome to Building Engineer Academy, the premier training platform designed specifically for aspiring facilities professionals and hands-on maintenance technicians. Our specialized curriculum features intensive, targeted modules covering core disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, blueprint reading, and building automation systems (BAS). Each comprehensive course delivers practical, foundational knowledge designed for real-world application, allowing you to earn an individual certificate per completed module. Successfully completing all 10 specialized training modules culminates in a Professional Certificate and successfully completing all 15 specialized training modules culminates in a Master Certificate from our academy, equipping you with the vital checklist of technical skills and operational insights required to confidently start your career in facilities. (Maintenance Tech, Building Engineer, etc...)
